a couple dwights. the one on the left is rainn wilson at some kind of press junket, the one on the right is a screen capture of dwight impersonating jim.i did both of these at work today. the one on the left was a step forward in my development, in that i saw in my head what i wanted the end result to be. this is a rare thing for me, i'm not sure about other artists, but i was excited about it.
i was also trying to channel a great artist/caricaturist named dominic philibert. his caricature sketches are amazing. they seem fairly simple, but the likenesses are always spot on, and they seem to have a 'life' to them.
